A group of people, including some wearing uniforms labeled 'MARINA,' are gathered around a partially collapsed structure at night. Many are wearing safety helmets and other protective gear, suggesting an emergency response or rescue operation. The scene is illuminated by artificial lighting, and some individuals are on top of the debris while others are standing nearby.
